The hotel is in a superb location with a beautiful view of the beach and a walkway that leads to South Beach. The rooms are modern, quiet, and very comfortable, offering a great stay overall. The standout service from the welcoming staff enhances the entire Miami adventure. However, the dining experience could be improved with faster service and a more reasonable gratuity percentage.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were incredibly quiet and beautifully adorned with flowers, champagne, and chocolate-covered strawberries. However, the lack of in-room coffee and breakfast seating, as well as the absence of parking, were significant drawbacks that affected my overall experience.
